Refund Policy

At SAIPIO, we are committed to delivering value. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for our paid services — including the B2C Clarity Call (₹499) and B2B Organisation Subscriptions.

1. B2C — Clarity Call (₹499)

The Clarity Call is a one-on-one advisory session with a SAIPIO team member designed to map your startup or SME needs to the right solutions, experts, and execution approach.

Refund WindowRefund requests must be raised within 24 hours of payment.
CancellationCancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled slot to be eligible for a full refund.
No-ShowIf you miss the scheduled call without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • If SAIPIO cancels or reschedules the call, a full refund is issued automatically within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Technical issues during the call (on SAIPIO's end) will result in rescheduling at no charge or a full refund at your discretion.
  • Partial refunds are not applicable for the ₹499 Clarity Call.

2. B2B — Organisation Subscriptions

B2B subscriptions grant your organisation access to the SAIPIO problem identification, prioritisation, and solution platform for your team.

Pre-ActivationFull refund available if requested within 48 hours of payment, before any employee accounts are created.
Post-ActivationNo refund once the subscription is activated and employee accounts are added.
Mid-Cycle CancellationSubscriptions are non-refundable once the plan period has started.
  • If SAIPIO is unable to deliver the subscribed services due to technical or platform issues, a pro-rated refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Upgrades (additional seats) are non-refundable.
  • Plan downgrades are not supported mid-subscription.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at pmo@saipio.com with the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of payment

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 working days after processing).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with the advisory outcome or platform features after use
  • Change of mind after activation of B2B subscription
  • Failure to use the subscribed services within the plan period
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension
  • Payments made under promotional or discounted pricing

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing dispute, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

SAIPIO reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page.
