Terms & Conditions

By accessing saipio.com, creating an account, submitting forms, making payments, or using any feature of the SAIPIO platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, B2C customers (Clarity Call), B2B organisations (subscribers), supervisors, and employees.

SAIPIO is India's curated startup ecosystem platform enabling transformation for Startups, SMEs, Incubation Centers, and Institutions through a structured 3-cycle growth framework. The platform provides:

• B2C: Diagnostic assessments and one-on-one Clarity Calls (₹499)
• B2B: Subscription-based problem identification and prioritisation platform for organisations
• Ecosystem matching: Connection to partners across 6 specialised clusters
• Blog / Insights: Educational content on startup growth and transformation

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at pmo@saipio.com
• One person may not maintain more than one personal account
• Corporate accounts must be registered by an authorised representative of the organisation

• B2B Supervisor: Full dashboard access, employee management, problem review and escalation
• B2B Employee: Problem submission, status tracking, personal dashboard
• Admin: Full platform management (SAIPIO team only)
• Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued with 30 days' notice

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. SAIPIO does not store your card or banking details.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Failed payments must be retried — SAIPIO is not liable for failed bank transactions
• Subscription access is granted only after successful payment verification
• SAIPIO reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice

You agree not to use the SAIPIO platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of SAIPIO or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the platform
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the performance of the platform
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorised by SAIPIO

SAIPIO Content: All content on the platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software is the exclusive property of SAIPIO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Content: By submitting content (problem statements, diagnostic forms, ecosystem applications), you grant SAIPIO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyse such content for service delivery and platform improvement.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SAIPIO's content without prior written permission.

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• B2B supervisors can view all problem statements submitted by their organisation's employees
• SAIPIO team (admins) can view all submissions across the platform for operational purposes
• Problem statements submitted may be used anonymously for research and platform improvement
• You retain ownership of your submitted content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• SAIPIO provides the platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind
• SAIPIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• SAIPIO's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• SAIPIO is not responsible for outcomes of Clarity Call advice or B2B problem prioritisation decisions
• SAIPIO is not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control

SAIPIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Behaviour deemed harmful to the platform or other users
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting pmo@saipio.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless specified in the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage you to first contact us at pmo@saipio.com to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

SAIPIO may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
